One option I truly love is a hair change between the ceremony and the reception. You get any hairstyle you want for your vows and photos, then switch into something just as beautiful but more comfortable for the party. While we do the change, you also get a quick makeup touch-up — and a short breather from all the excitement, which you'll probably appreciate more than you expect.
Take a breath, kick off your shoes for a minute, and enjoy some time with your new husband or wife. For the reception look, I often suggest a half-up style — it keeps hair out of your face so you can dance all night without a second thought.
